Library Media Specialist
Ms. Davonne Pappas is your teacher librarian. She received her master's degree in library sciences from Clarion University in 2010. She has been an English teacher since 1993. She was an assistant librarian for four years here at MDIHS. She is especially interested in creating a workspace for students to best develop their skills in information literacy and to further their love of reading. She has four children, a dog, a cat, and a rabbit.
Assistant Librarian
Mr. Jeff Zaman is your assistant librarian. He has a bachelor's degree in Film Production from California State University, Northridge. Jeff worked for 12 years as a Visual Effects Artist in the TV and Film industry in Los Angeles before moving to Maine to raise his family. He runs the school's TV studio and looks forward to continue to grow the media area of the library.
